Flat Capital AB (publ) ("Flat") invests an additional USD 2.0 million, approximately SEK 21 million, in the existing portfolio company Getir, one of the world's leading logistics and technology companies offering hyper-fast delivery. The investment is made through a convertible loan and is expected to have an indicative positive effect on Flat's net asset value corresponding to approximately 5.4 MSEK, or 0.17 SEK per share. In addition to Flat, the shareholder list includes prominent investors such as Silicon Valley-based Sequoia Capital and Mubadala Investment Company.
Flat has previously invested approximately SEK 19 million in Getir, which means that Flat's total investment in the company now amounts to approximately SEK 40 million. The investment is expected to have an indicative positive effect on Flat's net asset value corresponding to approximately 5.4 MSEK, or 0.17 SEK per share, compared to the latest reported net asset value as of March 31, 2023.
