FAQ – Questions
This is a frequently discussed topic, we assure you! We truly care about our shareholders, whilst we also want to maintain our unique position to invest in attractive unlisted global companies. There are often clear restrictions and preferences from the founders of these companies to not publish sensitive information, and we need to respect this. We value our holdings on an ongoing basis at fair value in accordance with IFRS 9. Fair value is the amount at which an asset could be transferred between knowledgeable parties who are independent of each other and who have an interest in the transaction being carried out.
Changes in fair value are reported in the income statement under “Change in value of financial assets”.
We look for the world-leading companies of the future in growing markets and have a broad mandate to find these stars! For us, it is also crucial to have an understanding of the people behind the companies we back, i.e. the founders, and their long-term drive and vision.

You know how to monetize this and therefore how to create value for shareholders and customers! Our main strategy is based on investing alongside other skilled players and has not led any capital round yet.
